Refund and Returns Policy

  • We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.
  • For product defects, contact the AVA Group customer care for further guidance.
  • We always look to provide seamless customer service. AVA Group as a part of the trusted group, will take the best of efforts for the maximum customer satisfaction.
  • As per our Refund policy, we do not offer any Cash refunds. We will refund the amount equivalent amount through the respective payment gateways.
  • For all purchases made through internet banking, Credit cards and Gift cards we will process the refund through the respective payment gateways. The status of the refund will be reflecting in your bank account within 7 working days from the date of refund initiation.
