MANAGEMENT

Stress is known as sahasa in Ayurveda. Sahasa causes ojahksaya, or lack of immunity, which increases the body’s susceptibility to diseases. Preventing stress is the ideal course of action, but when this is not possible, the body should be well-protected by eating healthily and obtaining enough sleep, which speaks to the body’s need for sleep. Ayurveda helps people manage their daily stress in a holistic way by using internal medications, treatments, and body, mind, and soul purification. Regular use of some Ayurvedic herbs with nourishing qualities might help control stress to some extent and enhance the body’s capacity to handle daily swings. Additionally, Ayurveda offers a variety of therapies, including Shirodhara, Takradhara, Abhyangam, Nasya, and others. They may contribute to a reduction of issues associated with stress, resulting in a better physically and emotionally healthy state for people.
