However, when Pitta dosha is imbalanced, it can lead to a variety of physical ailments such as inflammation, heartburn, skin problems, and excessive body heat. On an emotional level, imbalances might manifest as irritability, anger, impatience, and jealousy.

Understanding and maintaining a balanced Pitta dosha is essential for overall health and well-being.
