Cancellation & Refund Policy

As a part of our cancellation policy, you are free to cancel any one item in the cart or the whole cart. Cancellation can be initiated directly from your end through your account page or you may call our customer care for further processing.

The status of each item in your cart can be viewed from your account page and for your kind information; we may not be able to accept the request for cancellation, if the items are already dispatched.

As per our Refund policy, we do not offer any Cash refunds. We will refund the amount equivalent amount through the respective payment gateways.

For all purchases made through internet banking, Credit cards and Gift cards we will process the refund through the respective payment gateways. The status of the refund will be reflecting in your bank account within 7 working days from the date of refund initiation
