My wife had been facing PCOD issue from several years before marriage itself, but the seriousness of PCOD we came to know only when we started to think about a baby, Initially all the medicine were taken suggested by the doctor, that treatment gave her lots of side- effects. Later on after all side-effects, we decided to go only on natural ways that's was when we came across SANJEEVANAM AYURVEDA HOSPITAL. We visited the hospital on 24TH JANUARY 2021, met Dr. Hridhya, she gave us so much of positivity, in the first visit itself. We followed the treatment religiously, with medications, diet and Yoga. And believed Dr. Hridhya and her treatment completely. Mentally we were prepared  treatment would take long but surprisingly with Dr. Hridhya treatment and the positive energy doctor gave us. We are blessed with a baby girl today.  SEPTEMBER 12 2021 my wife was conceived.  And we first visited Dr. Hridya on Jan 2021.  2022 May 30th we were blessed with a baby girl. created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone knew my name and made efforts to address any questions or concerns and direct me to the appropriate individuals.  Dr. Hridaya, in particular, showcased extensive knowledge and regularly checked on my well-being to understand how my body was reacting and make necessary adjustments to the
treatment. She was also accessible to other staff members, facilitating quick modifications in the treatments when needed. Additionally, she provided valuable guidance on how lifestyle changes can positively impact and improve the disease. I wholeheartedly recommend her to others. Restaurant: the restaurant strived to give us as healthy food as they can and I really commend them for it. I wish I spoke to the chef and gathered some recipes.

I was admitted here along with my 9year old for ten days. Please give yourself ample time for treatment as recommended by the specialists here to promote healing that will enhance longevity. This facility maintains excellent infection control and hygiene standards. The dietary staff are well-informed and accommodating. The level of care given by the therapists is paramount. My primary physician, Dr. Hridhya is highly skilled and knowledgeable and spends quality time providing informed care. Her assistant’s demeanor and ability to connect put me at ease to build a professional rapport. I have to say that the team maintains excellent communication between themselves and there is absolutely no/ minimal room for error/ confusion. The location is peaceful and safe. The staff are multilingual and flexible to provide individualized care despite diversity. My 9-year-old felt at ease during his stay and was cared for by the entire team.

Sanjeevanam was one of those life-saving decisions we had to make that we would never regret. I had visited Sanjeevanam for diabetes and blood pressure problems with obesity which I was having since my childhood, I was worried first hearing I had to change my lifestyle and the anxiety of leaving all your comfort foods and everything, but I should say how easily they replaced all my food habits, I was really astonished when I was getting healthy food that are tasty too, never imagined I could drastically bring down blood sugar and pressure while loosing around 6 kgs , should say this was one of the best experience I had while loosing weight.

Sanjeevanam- treating patients with a holistic approach!! I came for my mother who dislocated her shoulder bone & was not able- bodied. Dr. Asif & team guided us right from the beginning (2 weeks before we came to the hospital) . My mother had mobility issues, we bought her in a wheelchair. Today after 23 days of treatment, I see my mother happy, walking on her own without any support, her fractured bone ( shoulder) back in position with 95% recovery. I have been to many Ayurveda hospitals but Sanjeevanam is different! Great team of doctors, therapist &physiotherapists. Service is awesome ! Good food ,clean rooms and a very positive atmosphere. Happy to share my experience here. My sincere thanks to Dr. Hridya for saving me from a surgery and treating with utmost care and medication where finally I got cured. Let me begin my story  Last year this time I was about to undergo a surgery for endometriosis cyst with a symptoms of frequent urination and severe back pain. Gynaecologist advised me to undergo an open surgery to remove the cyst, and they might remove my uterus which they will be able to decide only during the operation. Considering my age and future complications I was not at all interested to go for a surgery. That is when I searched for various option : Firstly I took siddha treatment for 2 months but I didn't get any result. Then i searched for an ayurvedic treatment and I found an interesting fact that Dr. Hridya is an ayurvedic gynaecologist from cochin. With fingers crossed i fixed up an online consultation with her after sending all my scan and blood reports. I’m very happy to share my experience here at this platform; where women like me can get utmost care, attention and treatment during post natal care under the supervision and guidance of  Dr. Hridhya. I recently received a treatment for my post natal care from Sanjeevanam Ayurveda Hospital. I came here a bit late; I wish I would’ve come a little sooner. My pregnancy journey was not that easy not having much help around so I and my husband have to manage everything on our own. The same thing happened after my pregnancy also. Post Delivery I was having severe back pain and was struggling to do my daily chores.  Then I planned to do an ayurvedic treatment and chose Sanjeevanam. I was under the treatment of Dr. Hridhya and would say she is one of the best doctor have ever seen. Always there for you to hear out the concerns and plan the treatment accordingly. Within few days of treatment could start feeling the difference and I must say my pain was almost gone.  Now even after 5 months, I can feel the treatment effectiveness. Very clean ,hygenic and we’ll maintained hospital.It was like staying in a resort for treatment.Dr Hridiya understood my condition and accordingly designed the treatment plan .By the end of my treatment i was 80%better …none of the allopathy medicines have worked like this .The entire staff & team is friendly and personal attention is given to every patient .Doctors are available 24/7 during the treatment.

My 21 days in Sanjeevanam in connection with treatment for Lower back pain was wonderfully memorable with the wholehearted support & guidance of Doctors, therapists and other staff members. Very good. Very good treatment by the young Doctor Rahul and the nurses are very kind and affectionate. Rizwan helped the bookings and made sure everything is fine. My wife had infertility problem due to PCOD. We went to many ayurveda hospitals but we didn’t get any positive result. It was definitely a rejuvenating experience. To start with, the ambience in itself was a therapy… situated amidst a lush green hillock, away from the hustle and bustle of our daily city lives. And their team and team work was top notch. My consulting physician was Dr. Anil who ensured that I felt improvements in my body and felt better by the day. Also his team of nurse staff and other assisting doctors and physiotherapists exuded such positivity and were so approachable. The therapists and the people working in the restaurant were friendly, kind and considerate as well. Special thanks goes to Mr. Clint from the front desk/ reception who coordinated everything for me and for being an exceptionally sweet person. There is so much of niceness, hygiene and positivity there, that it feels home and refreshing unlike other hospitals. Would highly recommend Sanjeevanam to the likes of me.

I had taken a 14 days rejuvenation treatment here. I can’t help saying that this was the best place I could have chosen for Ayurveda treatment. The place and atmosphere is so clean and well-kept that I never felt like I am in a hospital. The whole stay experience provides the ambience of a resort/hotel. There are no bad odors of oil or anything uncomfortable even in the treatment rooms. My room had a great view of sprawling paddy fields from where we get a lot of fresh air and feel very relaxed. The Duty doctors and staffs gave utmost care for me. They visited many times in a day to make sure I was comfortable and to assess my health condition. There is a well-equipped Physiotherapy center and a Yoga center where classes takes place regularly which is good along with the treatment. My overall experience was so good and in the future this place will be my first choice.

I booked into Sanjeevanam Hospital for a 21 day treatment. I was under the care of   Dr. Hridhya and her dedicated band of female doctors and nursing staff. Dr. Hridhya was so caring right from the start of my treatment. After blood results, Dr. Hridhya cut off most of the chronic allopathic medication I was on for many years. I had an excellent experience with the team, very caring and I like the way they treat the patients.  My journey with Sanjeevanam started in May 2021 with an online consultation with   Dr. Hridhya, Ayurveda Gynaecologist, a sweet soul for Endometriosis cyst of 14 cm and severe abdominal pain during mensuration. She gave me the  mental support and strength to undertake the treatment without surgery. Then in May 2022, I took my treatment for 21 days and I felt the changes in my body and mind from Day 1. The rooms were kept clean and provided with all the requirements It is a well-planned program, that is wonderful itself. Planning to return next year to continue the treatment.

I took my treatment from Sanjeevanam Ayurveda hospital which was really rejuvenating n real place of getting peace of mind n body. Sanjeevanam, the last word in hospitality and treatment. I visited Sanjeevanam for my post covid treatment. And I must say it was wonderful!! They have a bunch of experienced and extremely friendly doctors, polite staff, completely peaceful and clean environment. I had yoga, physiotherapy, workout sessions, organic diet and a lot more!!

Excellent facility with best treatment and care. I went there with a herniated disc between my C5 and C6, server pain and unable to hold my head upright. had a 21 days treatment and within 4-5 days my pain had subsided well. I am now 2 weeks after treatment with no pain and full movements to my neck. All doctors and staff were extremely caring and made we feel so comfortable. Especially the staff who facilitate the treatment were experience, knowledgeable and best in class at providing a caring and rejuvenating experience. Dr. Hridhya was my primary Doctor who made my experience possible. She was so down to earth, caring and always made sure that understood the process.
